This project provides temporary housing for the age 50+ community in partnership with Firm Foundation Community Housing. The project contains six fully-accessible residences complete with a small kitchen, sleeping/living area, dining area, and bathroom along with an onsite office and laundry facility. The homes are to be factory-built modular units that will be delivered to the site and placed on site-built foundations. On-site amenities to include an outdoor gathering area, bike storage, and storage boxes for each unit. The facility will be operated by a local non-profit who will work with the residents to locate long term housing options.
