CityHealth aspired for a modern, industrial look for their new clinic location in Montclair Village. This led to architectural moves of exposing structural columns, maximizing the ceiling height, and polishing the existing concrete floors. When considering the flow of staff and patients, a circular layout of exam rooms and back-of-house spaces provided efficiency and privacy to both user groups. Lastly, the design team integrated bright pops of color, transforming this once vacant storefront into the neighborhood’s newest health clinic.
